It can detect height-direction defects that cannot be detected by standard image inspection and allows for faster profile acquisition than conventional laser displacement sensors.
In addition to height, data such as reflected light and diffused light can also be obtained! The inspection of the surface condition of the subject can be performed simultaneously.
The "3D Camera Height Measurement System" can detect defects in the "height direction" that are not detectable by conventional image inspection. By using a three-dimensional scan with the optical sectioning method, it can quickly capture profiles, and it is compatible with laser displacement meters depending on the inspection accuracy. We would like to introduce a case where we jointly developed the "Concrete Filling Watcher" with Fujita Corporation. This product is a system that detects the pouring status of concrete being placed within a formwork and visualizes it for construction management. It consists of measurement cables and wireless tags for data transmission, allowing users to monitor the pouring status via computers or smartphones.
